Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in China.
Our brand, Teligon, is a U.S.-registered company responsible for managing all operations, order processing, and customer service.
We work with trusted international couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days before shipment
Note: Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Estimated Shipping Time (Standard Delivery): 6–12 business days
  • Estimated Shipping Time (Express Delivery): 5–8 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email automatically.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier performance, and customs clearance.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to other countries or regions at this time. We are actively working to expand our shipping destinations to Canada, the UK, and other regions in the near future.

Customs Duties & Taxes

All U.S. orders are shipped duty-paid, meaning all import duties, taxes, and related fees are already included in the price at checkout.
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery — the total amount shown at checkout is final.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order.
Once your order has been processed, we cannot change or edit the address due to strict shipping schedules.
Teligon is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If the delivery is refused or the courier is unable to complete the delivery after multiple attempts, the package may be returned or abandoned, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier or postal office immediately.
Teligon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
However, our support team is happy to assist you in coordinating with the carrier if needed.

Delivery Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within 30 days from the shipping date, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer.
Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Please refer to our Return & Exchange
