Shipping Fees

· Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $3.00 USD.

· Express Shipping: Flat rate of $5.99 USD. 

· Free Shipping: Orders over $79 USD qualify for free standard shipping.  This offer is available only for orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

· Promotional Events: Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for these same regions (United States, United Kingdom, and Canada), regardless of the order amount.

We do not currently ship to countries or regions outside of the US, UK, and Canada.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

We offer duty-paid shipping to all of our current shipping destinations: the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
This means all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price you pay at checkout.  You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

The amount you see at checkout is the final amount—no surprises or hidden costs.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly.

We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules.   Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If the order arrives at your country and:

· The customer refuses to accept the package

· Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Lost or Stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.   If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.  If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.

 

Delivery Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement – your choice.
