By placing an order with teligon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.
Return Conditions
We only accept returns if the item is defective due to our error, such as:
You received the wrong item.
The item is damaged or has a quality defect.
Returns for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “no longer want it” are not accepted.
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If your return is approved after inspection, we will reimburse your return shipping cost.Please retain your shipping receipt, as we require it to process the reimbursement.
The return address will be provided via email after your request is approved. Please do not return items to the original shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider:
PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay: Typically within 3–5 business days.
Credit Cards: Typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at service@teligon.com.
Please note that customers cannot cancel orders directly through the website.
Important:
A 1.5% processing and transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you request to cancel and place a new order instead, we will automatically cancel your previous order and issue a full refund (no fee deducted).
