Return & Exchange

By placing an order with Teligon, you agree to the following return and exchange terms.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective or sent incorrectly due to our error:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is damaged or has a quality defect.

Exchange Option:

  • Customers may choose to exchange an item instead of a refund.
  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery.
  • For approved returns/exchanges due to our error, Teligon covers all return shipping costs.

Personal Reasons:

  • Returns or cancellations for personal reasons (e.g., “changed my mind”) are not accepted.
  • Orders cannot be canceled for personal reasons once placed.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Service at service@teligon.com before sending any items.
  2. Provide a brief description of the problem. You may attach photos if convenient, but this is optional.
  3. Once your return/exchange is approved, we will send you the return address via email.
  • Do not send items to the original shipping address.
  1. Use the original packaging or a similarly secure package to return the item.
  2. Once received, Teligon will inspect the item and process your request.

Note: Sending items to the wrong address may delay your refund or exchange until the item is received.

3. Return Processing Time

  • All return or exchange requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding approval.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Refund Arrival Times (may vary by bank):

  • PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days
  • Credit Cards: 5–7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • If your return is rejected, you will also be notified by email.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting service@teligon.com.
  • If cancellation is for personal reasons, a 1.5% processing and transaction fee will apply.
  • Orders cannot be canceled directly through the website.

6. Additional Notes

  • Teligon reserves the right to handle any special situations on a case-by-case basis via email communication ( service@teligon.com).
  • Please carefully inspect your items upon delivery to ensure any issues are reported within the 15-day window.
